Application Process

The basic steps are as follows:

• Call us at 877-212-2320 or send us an Email at info@victoryfunds.net with the basics of your case, including your contact information and your attorney’s contact information. You should notify your attorney at the same time.

• We will fax or Email an authorization form for you to sign authorizing us to request information regarding your case from your attorney. We can proceed as soon as you return the form to us.

• We will contact your attorney and request basic case documentation.

• We will evaluate your case for funding and we will notify you of our decision.

• If we are in agreement, we will overnight mail the advance agreement and other documentation to your attorney for you to sign.

• The advanced funds will be sent overnight mail after all documents are signed.
