Each case is determined on its’ own merits but our funding parameters are generally as follows:

• We generally advance an amount up to 10% of the expected value of the case.

• The minimum advance is $1,000.

• We charge a one-time processing Fee of $250, which is payable at the end of the case when the advance is repaid.

• Depending on the strength of the case and amount advanced, we charge rates from 2-4% compounded monthly.

• If your case was referred to us by an independent broker, you may be charged a one-time distribution fee.

Our advances are not loans. They are non-recourse advances against the future settlement value of your case. There are no minimum payments to make and nothing is due until your case is settled. Importantly, if you don’t settle or you lose your case, no repayment is due.

This is expensive financing and you should use other sources of credit first if they are available.
