Our rates include a one-time processing fee of $250, a one-time distribution fee, if applicable, and a monthly compounded rate of 2-4%, depending on the strength of the case and the amount advanced. These rates are among the most attractive in the industry.

As you probably know, these are non-recourse advances against the future settlement value of the case. There are no minimum payments to make and nothing is due until the case is settled. Importantly, if your client doesn’t settle or loses his case, no repayment is due.
